Site Visit Required for Accurate Quote
If your home sits on a crawl space or has a combination of foundation types (e.g., partial basement and slab), a preliminary quote is not available online due to the complexity and variability of these structures.
In these cases, final system design and pricing depend on several factors, including:
- The level of radon present in the home (based on test results)
- The type and accessibility of the crawl space (vented, encapsulated, height, etc.)
- The number of suction points and ducting layout required to reach safe radon levels
- The structural configuration and how different foundation types interact
Because of these variables, we require an on-site evaluation by a member of the Peach State Environmental team before we can provide an accurate quote.
