The pricing you see here is a preliminary estimate based on standard installation conditions. Final pricing will be confirmed after an on-site evaluation by a certified member of the Peach State Environmental team.
Several factors can influence the final quote, including:
- The measured level of radon in your home (based on a radon test)
- The number of suction (extraction) points required to effectively reduce radon to safe levels
- The amount and complexity of ducting needed
- Structural elements such as foundation type, crawlspaces, or finished basements
Homes with higher radon levels often require additional suction points and/or extended ducting to achieve EPA-recommended mitigation targets.
Estimated Starting Prices:
- Radon Mitigation System with 1 Suction Point – Starting at $1,495
- Radon Mitigation System with 2 Suction Points – Starting at $1,895
